Join me for a fusion bellydance taster/trial session at a special one-off price to celebrate summer with shimmies, sidewinders and snake arms aplenty!

Whether brand new or experienced to the serpentine style of fusion bellydance, this is a perfect chance to get a taster of my style and approach to the dance form and see if it's a good fit for you.

Fusion bellydance is characterised by precise muscular isolations, strong posture and body positive presentation, featuring organic spirals, circles, figure 8s, undulations and shimmies alongside sharp pops and locks. Its movements offer a wonderful way to not only tone and strengthen the body but also express inner artistry and individuality.

We will cover a range of fusion bellydance techniques, movements and sequences (options/layers for different levels) in the first hour, and in the second hour learn a choreography to a classic Beats Antique track that is suitable for all levels. You can attend just one or both, whatever works for you!

All and anyone welcome - whatever your level/background, you'll be catered for! Beginners are particularly welcome as movements will be broken down well.
