​Isolations & Layering
Wednesday 1st May 6.30-8pm

Strong isolation work is what really makes a fusion bellydancer stand out. We'll explore conditioning tailored for strengthening isolation work and work on fine-tuning the essential isolations every fusion bellydancer should master. On top of that will be offered variations, layers, more unusual shapes and different positions to really take things to the next level and give both brain and body something to chew on!

Travel and Pose
Wednesday 8th May 6.30-8pm

In this class we will cover travelling and posing with strength, grace and style! We will explore the principles behind creating strong clean lines with the body in fusion bellydance and work to maintain that while travelling. Expect to explore a variety of footwork patterns and more unusual body positions, graceful positioning of arms and legs, and how to make strong use of contrast between moving on stage and creating stillness on stage to really enhance a performance and captivate your audience.

Turns and Spins
Wednesday 29th May 6.30-8pm

All about turns and spins - the nemesis of many a dancer! We will take our time to explore a variety of different turns and spins, both spotted and unspotted, stationary and travelling. We'll make use of our large dance space to work with travelling the floor with our spins with a variety of drills, as well as work on a fun combination full of spins and turns.
